German Engineers Revell 2508 1:72 40 Soldiers incl. Colors
To answer the various tasks requested from the deutschen pioniere (German sappers) during WW2, several specialised sappers units have been created, such as landing, armoured and airborne sappers. Top of the breed were the sturmpioniere (assault sappers), who, while fighting with the infantry, had to storm the enemy`s defences head on.
