FAHRZEUG Profile 59: Lkw der US Army in Deutschland
In the beginning of the fifties the 7. US ARMY was send to Germany supporting the NATO forces. At the end of 1951 the V. and VII. Korps with a total of five divisions were stationed in Germany with about 213.000 soldiers.
A unique amount of trucks and supporting vehicles found its way into these units within the past 50 years.
This issue of FAHRZEUG Profiles gives a nice overview of the different types used in the American Forces. Many photos are absolutely new and were never before published.
